Acting classes in New South Wales at Tingley's Acting Studio are one-to-one sessions serving students in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, the Central Coast, and regional NSW. Coaching is remote by default over video and in-person in Sydney on a touring basis. All coaches working with minors hold a current NSW Working with Children Check issued by Service NSW.

NSW carries the largest concentration of screen work in Australia, anchored by Sydney's Fox Studios and Disney Studios Australia, with Screen NSW underwriting production across the state. Most signed Australian actors hold NSW representation even when based interstate.
Coaching for young New South Wales actors
We coach performers aged 7 to 17 in one-to-one sessions. A parent or guardian is always in the building, and in the room or an adjacent room depending on the child's age and preference. Session material is agreed with the parent in advance.
All coaches working with New South Wales minors hold a current Working with Children Check, issued by Service NSW. Documentation is sighted by us before the first session with a minor, and by you on request.
Coaching for New South Wales-based adult actors
For adult actors at every stage: pre-representation, signed but underworked, mid-career, and working actors preparing for specific high-stakes auditions. If you have a callback next Friday, we work the callback. If you are preparing a self-tape in 24 hours, we work the self-tape.

Is NSW coaching remote or in person?
Both. Remote is the default and what most students choose. In-person sessions in Sydney are available on a limited touring basis; reach out for availability.

Do you work with students from regional NSW?
Yes. Remote coaching was built for this. Students in Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Wagga, Tamworth and elsewhere across NSW access the same coaching as Sydney-based students.
