PAYG sessions are subject to limited availability and are booked on a session-by-session basis.
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Payment is due within 2 days of the invoice being issued. Your session is confirmed once full payment has been received. As session availability is limited, payments not received within this timeframe may result in the invoice being cancelled and the session being offered to another client.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the reservation of your session time, all payments are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your session by providing a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Booking & Payment Policy — Mentorship
This is a selective mentorship with limited availability, designed to provide focused one-to-one guidance.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit is due within 2 days of the invoice being issued. Your place is confirmed once the deposit has been received. As places are limited, deposits not received within this timeframe may be cancelled and the place offered to another applicant.
The remaining balance is due prior to your first session.
Once your deposit has been received, you may reschedule your first session once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited availability of the program and the reservation of your session time, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once the mentorship has commenced, all payments are non-refundable.
